Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 390ml 2C

Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C 390ml colours and protects interior wood in one coat. This two-component hardwax oil set offers a practical pack size for furniture, worktops, stairs and flooring projects, with a natural-looking finish that retains the feel of the wood.

The set contains 300ml of Oil Plus component A and 90ml of accelerator component B. Choose your colour and test it on identically sanded wood to check the finish before treating the full surface.

Coverage

Indicative coverage is approximately 11.7–19.5 m² per set. Actual coverage depends on wood type, sanding and preparation, so use a sample to assess how much your project needs.

Drying and curing

Drying time is 12–24 hours, with full curing after 5 days. Dry cleaning can begin after 2 days; wait at least 5 days before cleaning with water and recommended Rubio Monocoat cleaning products.

Application

Prepare the surface according to the technical sheet and mix the components thoroughly. Apply a small quantity, allow it to absorb for a few minutes, then remove all excess oil within 30 minutes. The finished surface should feel non-sticky.

Oil-soaked cloths and tools may spontaneously combust. Immerse them in water after use before disposal, following the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
